I was traveling Northwards, and took the transition into the Bandit Palisade area - ended up in the Skull Crags foothills instead (2 areas North instead of 1).

Not sure if this is just a one-off, but thought I'd report it in case it's more frequent.

This happens quite a bit, but it's not exclusive to any one area. Happens a lot when you transition while holding your walk forward key.

Strange - I use the keyboard to walk all the time and it's never happened before (that I've noticed) - just good luck up until now I guess!

When you transition areas, I believe your x,y location data is reserved until your character loads into the area. This means there could be a few milliseconds where your location data overlaps a second transition until the game repositions your character to the transition you are coming from.
