Makesafe does not work in the coal mines grotto

In the zone Cordor (Farmlands) Coal Mines (Grotto), the third floor of the coal mine, I got stuck in a wall. When I tried to use -makesafe, it faded out, but didn't actually move me. I tried to use it a few times and it didn't work. I was not in combat.

Does reloging help?

No, I tried relogging, I tried switching to another server and having it auto-log me back in. I didn't have firewood on me, I couldn't make a campfire. No amount of wiggling would get me free, I was very firmly stuck in place. Thankfully another player was able to -yoink me out.
