I used the -head command to set my characters head and it didn't persist. After typing -hood twice it reverted to the regular head. Then DMGrumpyCat brought me into the character customizer and I tried to change it there. -hood twice again reverted back to the original head. Also note that:
I set -head up in a macro (I did not know it was only supposed to fire once) and that is how I have been switching from the hood that I want to the head that I want (meaning I can reuse this command over and over).
