Parry AC is Broken

As of the last update, Parry AC bonuses appear to be broken
account: msterswrdsmn
Character: Sei
Action taken:
Equipped a martial weapon with the offhand free
Expected Result:
+6 Parry AC being applied
Actual Result:
Nothing happens; no AC is given
Character has 30 base parry ranks and was actively getting the full +6 Parry AC as of yesterday

Can confirm. It doesn't even give the combat log message about Parry AC, anymore. It's as if the system was just switched off, entirely.

I know its only been a few days, but bumping this. Still broken, with nothing coming up in the combat log. Tried multiple martial weapons as well, to no effect. Was it straight up removed, or....?
