Magical Item Reworks

Here are some constructive criticisms and suggestions to improve preexisting items currently within the loot matrix.
Spellbooks and Wands: Remove their class restrictions. I try to consider these items as magical manuals or tools, offering instruction or assistance for the less magically inclined. Expanding the class pool would increase their versatility.
Ice/Electrical dagger, and other similar items: Change from 1 use to 1use/day, or 1charge per use. Currently, these are weapons that contain a lower level spell, that can only be cast once. In their present state, they're neat trinkets but are severely underwhelming. Giving them some longevity would make people more inclined to hold onto them and use them.
Instruments: Widen the class pool. I've made this suggestion before, because I feel instruments are often underused. There are other classes in pen and paper that are musically inclined, and increased access to instruments would increase the demand for crafters to make these items and potentially open up more music RP from non-bard characters.
