Hello all.

It' mentionned in the lore that adventurous Ghostwise Halflings, outside of Chondalwood or wherever their clan territory is, are supposed to be very rare. And the experience I had is that Ghostwise are picked without real consideration of the RP associated with it.

In addition, their "favored" class is supposed to be Barbarian, and even though in regular lore, ghostwise still receive +2 DEX, I would want to suggest a shift to +2 STR instead, to allow more diversity with small races builds.
Finally I would want to suggest putting those behind a small or normal award for lore reason and the fact that they would vary slightly mechanically.

Denied for strength for balance reasons.

As far as moving it to an award, I'll leave that up to Irongron.

Player characters are, by definition, those rare individuals. I do not think they need to be normal reward, at least in their current form.
