Black Guard Weapon Buff Rework

I have suggested a reword once before that was approved and then rejected. (likely because the Hexblade came out and possibly because no "flavor" in just being an opposite to bless) As such since then I had mulled over what else I could think of.
Suggestion Rework :-
I would still like to see it decoupled from the Essence system, as currently it is not compatible with any essence and offers nothing "unique" that a high level player wouldn't have easy access to any way.
As such I present to you: Chaos Blade
Inflict serious wounds becomes Chaos Blade: On hit the attack will choose a random energy of 1d2 on top of all regular effects. (such as essences and base weapon damage) Inflict critical wounds morphs into Greater Chaos Blade: On hit the attack will choose a random energy of 1d4 on top of all regular effects. In addition the Blackguard would get double (2d4) vs Outsiders. After level 11 Epic Chaos Blade: On hit the attack will choose a random energy of 1d6, doubling for Outsiders and Constructs (2d6)
Note: Might be a pain to code if for "random on hit, maybe just a random elemental/Energy on cast since it is once per rest any way
