When fighting with, or around mobs with bows/throwing weapons, my character with the Deflect Arrows feat more often than not doesn't even get the prompt to roll a save to deflect projectiles.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Fight mobs that use projectiles.

Expected result
-----------------------
See a save and successfully deflect an attack/round unless rolling a 1.

Actual result
-------------------
Never actually deflect an attack/round, or even see the roll/save in the combat log, or visually see attacks get deflected.

I have seen some mobs (like the Orc Sharpshooters in Sibayad desert) which procs the deflect arrows feat, but most others. (Like Barbarian Archers / Axe hurlers in The spires, or the Orc Mounted Archers in Sibayad desert) act as if I don't have the feat.

You should need a free hand for it to work. What weapon are you using?

Were you a small sized creature? I have a sneaking suspicion in experiences as one in the past.

1. You only get to do it once a round. And rounds are weird in nwn.
2. You must not be flat-footed.

To clarify. I am not a small sized creature. And the save, nor the deflection happen even when there's only 1 archer I'm actively fighting (meaning I am not flat-footed).
Even when you consider rounds to be weird in nwn, one would suspect it to work the same as Epic dodge. One attack a round.

On the wiki says it usually only works if the current queued action is attack. Are you constantly using/stringing together KD, Stunning fist, or Whirlwind attack? Using those at all can prevent deflect arrows from working.

Bumping this. Haven't seen my character deflect a single arrow since I made this post.
