Skal and Scroll Cases.

Hello!
I would like to suggest to add the bulk sale from scroll cases option to one of the NPC's in the merchants hall in Skaljard. It's highly time consuming and frustrating to be splitting up every scroll from 2'nd circle and up, to maximize profit. It would be a very nice quality of life update.
