Remove alignment restriction from Monk

As the name suggests, make monk an all alignment class, or at least add NG, TN, and NE.
Reason being: Bonus RP possibilities. What if I wanted to RP a drunken brawler? Or perhaps a professional boxer from across the ocean, far to the east? Or a spittin' biten' clawin' kicken' feral Gnoll?
I can't imagine how giving a wider variety of RP could hurt the server, and thought this restriction could be worthy of review.
