Elven Genasi cannot recognize Drow

Description of Bug Experienced:
Genasi with an elven base race cannot recognize Drow when examining them, even though they should be able to.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Be a Genasi with the Elven base race
- Examine a Drow and check the subrace
Expected Result:
The Drow's subrace is displayed as "Drow" in the examine window.
Actual Result:
The Drow's subrace is hidden (displayed as "Elf") in the examine window.
