Make it so the divine wrath cooldown is progressively reduced as you level in Divine Champion.

Currently its 8 minutes for a lvl 5 or a lvl 20 CoT.

A suggestion would be:

lvl 5: 8 minutes
lvl 7: 7 minutes
lvl 9: 6 minutes
lvl 11: 5 minutes
lvl 13: 4 minutes
lvl 15: 3 minutes
lvl 17: 2 minutes.

2 minutes still is way above the duration of most, if not all pvps (even ridiculous large group pvps) so this change does not interferes at all with the pvp balance, all it does is makes pve a bit less of a chore for CoT, and so that you can actually use Divine Wrath against more groups of enemies, perhaps 2 or 3, than only using it against the boss of a dungeon. If 2 minutes is felt as too short, what about 3 for lvl 15 as the minimum time?

Denied. Divine wrath is one of the strongest melee abilities in the game, CoT is a very competitive class as is, and getting rid of the only drawback would not be a good move for balance.
