Remove food and drink meters

Essentially, food and water serve no function other than being something to irritate players when they have to interrupt their rp in order to fill these meters.
People will still rp drinking and eating, but it will be in believeable settings, not the random mid conversation stuffing your face with food and water over 20 or so seconds. Its incredibly disruptive and immersion breaking in its current form.
Rest meter isnt much better when you hit that "tired" animation mid conversation but i realise the function of the rest meter at least.
