-twohanded not working (bsword/dwarven waraxe)

Since last update the -twohand command doesnt appear to be applying the +50% str dmg bonus to dwarven-waraxes
Steps to reproduce
-----------------------
equip dwarven waraxe with shield, remove shield or use -twohand command
Expected result
-----------------------
+50% of STR bonus to dmg
Actual result
-------------------
Nothing

only tested with dwarven-waraxe but assume bastard sword has same issue
