Eamon Mac Conmara, in the Sencliff Feast Hall, is offering a whole bunch of writs that are not at all sea-based and do not have a thing to do with piracy.

Pirate writs are missing, entirely.

This happens occasionally if it's laggy enough and unlucky enough a day, and not just to Sencliff writs. We keep an eye on this, but 99 times out of 100 it's a transient issue. Moving this to closed, will review if it persists (though the safe money is that it won't).
