Arelith

Mostly as a boon to new players who look at in character descriptions but may not have yet seen the Portal screen. Just a small notice at the very bottom that the person is available in -tells for advice/help with Arelith's many custom systems.

I'm not really sure how I feel about OOC information being visable in the bio. In fact I feel decidedly uncomfortable about it. Maybe if instead it was put onto the -playerlist when typed? But as is I'm going to move to rejected.
