Light Flail

Just a quick comment- the light flail is a finesse weapon, and small. This makes it easily one of the best DW weapon master weapons as well as making F/SW/WM capable of some truly /stupid/ damage numbers- add in that light flails are available in the matrix as a +4. This change may want to be reverted, I don’t think light flails were in a bad place, and now they’re at risk of being too strong- like... really strong- they’re a small finesse long sword...

Personally I'm happy to see more weapon variety than quarterstaff or scimitar so I'm fine with light flails being strong. This might give builders something fun to play around with.

Unless there's been a change I missed, light flails (like morningstars) cannot be dual-wielded. I don't think the game even has animations for it.

Edit: Even if they CAN be dual-wielded, they're not much different than a short sword, and Dale Swords are quite a bit better than +4, though they do take a heavy UMD investment.

We haven't seen such a big shift in the meta since the lore update. :P

So you’re correct and I apologize they are unable to be dual wielded, so I feel better about that- lol. I still think a small finesse /blunt/ long sword is bit more than intended

light flails were not in a good place they were in a terrible place but yeah they could probably do with not being finessable.
