I have noticed that -yoink will not restore after a server reset. In comparison, spellbooks and other Epic Spells like -teleport create will.
The issue also persists when server transitioning. Going from the Surface to the UD will restore your spellbook or spells like -teleport create, but not -yoink.

i thought this was by design in truth as scry doesn't either neither does ward.
