Svirfneblin unintentional unisave

Svirfneblin receive +1 unisave each level up on both the PGCC and Live, effectively capping them out at a free +20 unisave.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a Svirfneblin
2. Level Up
3. See all saves rising by 1 point more than they should
4. Repeat

Likely culprit identified? Svirfs get the Lucky feat, even though they should not have it. It does not seem to apply at first level because at level 1 all the saves are as they should. Every level up beyond that an additional +1 unisave is applied, however.
