More Incentives for Pure Full Caster Classes

While Arelith is a very Cross Class friendly server, there exist incentives for players to play "pure" of one class, usually getting a bonus at level 28. Examples of this are things like....
  • Druids get Monolithic Shapes at 28
  • Fighters get their Second +1 AB/Damage, +3 AC, and +10 Discipline at 28, as well as an additional Soft +1 STR or DEX at 30
  • Spellsword gets +15 Discipline at 28
  • Monks get +5 AB, +6 Damage unarmed, or +3 AB, +3 Damage Armed with Monk Weapons
  • Paladins get +4 Hard Wisdom from Pure 28
  • Wild Mage unlocks perfect Fate at 28
  • Warlocks get their last main spell at 28, which for Abyssal and Infernal does Eldritch Blast Damage, but also get Immunity to Damage and DR against Elemental at 30
  • Rangers get DDW +4 at 28
  • Tribal Barbarians get +5 Weapons on their tribals at 30, and their last Hard STR bonus at 28, and +2 more Unisave
  • Normal Barbarian gets EDR Barb 3, and the last bonus to their passive Damage bonus
From this we can see that most classes have at least a decent want to maybe go "Pure" but most pure caster classes, such as Favored Soul, Cleric, Shaman, Wizard, Sorcerer have no real incentive to go the full thirty.

One could argue that your wards get +3 CL, meaning that they get +3 rounds/turns/hours per level, or that in the case of some attack based spells you get some extra damage by going up to thirty.

However, most casters often instead find it in their best interest to dip for Rogue, for the skill points and extra skills, or Bard, for the access to Tumble but keeping 30 levels of caster for the purposes of Epic Spell Foci, or Ranger, for the benefit of a Free GSF. Clerics get the same issue, dipping fighter for more feats for combat clerics instead of an interest staying pure, even caster clerics like Healer's, whose big pure item is -respite, but also only end up getting an extra 15 HP of overheal.

I suggest we add in some extra benefits for a Pure Caster class taking all thirty levels of their respective class, or perhaps a blanket bonus to them. Some ideas to pass around that I've discussed with others are as follows:

Level 28 Arcane (Sorc, Wiz, no path) - ESFs will now give an infinite cast of either a Circle 3 or 4 spell
Level 28 Cleric - Extra Cleric Domain
Level 28 Cleric - Extra Domain Power Usage
Level 28 Sorcerer - Learn 1 Spell of each circle
Level 28 Sorcerer - Increased Spell DCs
Level 28 General - Higher Dispel Cap/Resistance
Level 28 General - Spell Resistance
Level 28 General - Bonus +15 Spellcraft
Level 28 Spontaneous Caster - Learn 1 spell per circle
Level 28 Favored Soul - Divine Grace/Dark Blessing
Level 28 Shaman - ESF: Divination
Level 28 Prepared Caster (No Path) - 1 bonus spell slot of each circle

All of these are specifically noting that it would be No Path, since most Paths already get something at 28 or 30, or have a niche thing such as Trueflames and only Evocation, but infinite.
