Doing some shopping today and almost all of the (Half)Elven Boots (that's a joke - laugh) are still the +2 variety on the shop shelves.

I'm not sure if they nerf themselves once they go in the inventory, and I didn't want to spend the money to find out, but if the ones in the shops all didn't update there may be a need for a second pass.

I don't know if this is happening to the other items.

Saw a Piker's Ring with +4 Discipline in a shop. The enchanted Piker's my character is wearing, however, is +3.

A player needs to acquire it before it applies. Shop owners should remove it and put it back in.
