More Cloaks

There are a lot of custom cloaks out there: deity cloaks, fur cloaks, short cloaks, long cloaks, leather cloaks, cloth cloaks...you get the idea. There are a ton of custom cloaks out there that really ought to be added to give some more variety to the world.
