I created a spellsword character, he is still level 4 but I think it is supposed to have at least +1 AC Shield bonus frow the Weave AC ability, which is not showing. Also (on an unrelated question) I have noted that the -twohand command doesn't seem to do anything, I saw a post that said it was a display issue, is that still the case? Could it be the same with the Weave AC Issue?

I checked my spellsword and it seems to be added on.

Yes, I managed to notice the incredibly yellow list of messages that appear when I equip/unequip my weapons, I also noticed that if I dual-wield and then unequip the left hand weapon I do not receive the Weave AC back, I have to unequip both weapons to get that AC back. Something that is bugging me now is, I have weapon focus one-handed edged weapons, I also have a steel shortsword and I have +3 BAB, it shows me as having +6 AB when I equip the weapon, upon hitting an enemy(or anything) shouldn't the attack bonus be 7 instead of 6 since the Spellsword gets a +1 passive attack bonus?
