Invisible Blade: bleed not stacking

Have 5 levels IB, hit a target with sneak attacks, then crits, the bleed damage remains the same. At the moment the bleed seems to refresh duration rather than add to stacks.

Sorry, just to clarify. Are you saying that the sneaks/crits are adding to the stacks as intended and I’ve made a mistake somewhere?
Or are you saying it is intended that they do not add to stacks?

Yes, My PGCC tests shows so.
For critical hits: (Toggling bleeding wound is irrelevant, I toggled it for next sneak attack)

Really weird, I just tested as well and it seems to be working now. I have no idea what is different between when I tested it hours ago to now.
