Hexblade: curse of blood bug ?

Anyone.
An odd thing happening to my Hexblade build.
I was prompted to rebuild, as i have done. Everything working great. Going out battling hostiles, killing hostiles appropriate to my builds level. Suddenly a few hours (irl) pass and now my build easily dies at the hands of much lower level hostiles.
Something i noted was that the mechanics of the Curse of Blood feat has stopped working as described.
"Upon hitting an enemy, the Hexblade will be healed 1 hit point per 6 Hexblade levels."
I am assuming this means upon a successful hit, if the Hexblade say is level 12; he/she will heal 2 HP per hit , if the Hexblade hits the hostile 5 times then the heal would be 10 HP.
This is the way it was when i first releveled. Now it is healing 2HP per encounter, not per hit. So if i hit the hostile 1 time, i get 2 HP; then i hit 4 more times i get nothing.
Bizarrely this works as assumed on the PGCC server.
anyone have any recommendations, comments, etc ?
