Blackguard Bull Strength (New fix, new bug)

Apparently, casting bull strength via wand on your summon activates your BG bull strength buff.
This will not happen if you cast BG bull str buff first, and then zoo buff wand.

I feel like you have been casting Blackguard's Bull's Strength and canceled it in half-way then used the wand. Because that is only way for cause that unless some wonky things happening on engine side. I will look into more healthy fix if possible.

Fraid not, but I'm hoping the latest bug fix also fixed this issue. Order of events:
Conjure fiend
Use STR wand on fiend
Timer activated
Used BG STR on self, on cooldown

I have seperated the scripts. It were using same scripts as casters. Hopefully it will be fixed in next reset.
