Wildsurge DC Bug

Further testing will be needed to see if this is an isolated issue or more wide reaching but...
Today I discovered that my wild surge for "Grease: Target" is set to a DC of 1. That...Seems wrong...For a high int CL 30 wild mage getting a Greater Surge at random (AKA, not using the surge-inducing spell to cause it).
