Dis is an incredibly awesome area, and currently one of my favorites on the server. It's got a great atmosphere, shops, quarters, and so on. However, as I've frequented the area more and more on a character, I've noticed that there are a few things Dis doesn't have which could improve the experience of players operating around it.

1. More trash barrels! Dis currently only has one, hidden away. A few more in the more public places would be great.
2. A (or a few) peddler NPCs. These are those NPCs you can sell stuff to when you're coming back from a dungeon. Even if we didn't have scroll or jewelry box selling (which would be nice) even a generalized NPC vendor who will purchase miscellaneous items would be a huge help for PCs who hang around Dis.

I still need to make a pass over the city for item/icon update anyway, and the QoL stuff listed here makes sense. Will add that kind of stuff while I'm in the areas. Approved.
