Raw Gems Gone From Settlement Warehouses

I just checked Guldorand and Brogendenstein and both are completely (almost, Brog as total of 36 in there now) are wiped out. Best estimate is that is something like 2000 raw gems bought up in the last 12 hours. Seems unlikely, but could be possible.
