Tomb of the Last King writ

Yesterday we went through the Tomb of the Last King dungeon and apparently the spirit of an ancient king there did not count for the writ completion.
On the other hand the ancient king from the Tomb of the First King counted. I went to the Tomb of the First King to test this, after the writ did not complete after clearing the Last King Tomb.
