The deep giants from The Dolgom of the Deep writ are humans rather than giants. Weapons or racial abilites like Battle Training vs. Giants that you'd expect to apply will not.

Completely forgot to post this when I noticed it a while back, do not recall the names of the Skal writs so unsure if this is the same, but the Fomorians that spawn in the Skaljard Underdark are also of the Human subtype. Should be Giant.

Looked at all the Deep Giants and Fomorians, and they're all already set to be Giants mechanically. The Fomorians are upscaled human models, but they too are mechanically the 'Giant' race. Both in toolset and in-game. Please confirm the bug with a screenshot?
