Recently many of the server's items were switched to a new format, which is a huge undertaking. This thread is to post any issues with the new items, as well as post locations or things that still spawn the old version.

Paper now weighs 0.4, the old version weighed 0.0.

Glass bottles now weigh 1 instead of 0.5.

All resources that spawn in chests and drops off monsters are the old version, most notably ore, ingots, raw gems, and herbs.

Sibayad crates spawn old resources. I saw the new belladonna in Cordor's crates, so I'm not sure yet how many crates are spawning new resources. I'll check crates everywhere and keep updating the thread.

The Sibayad tombs still spawns the old version of the lesser mining bag.

Many essences that drop from monsters and spawn in chests are the old version. The vast majority of them, actually. I will instead start posting the ones that AREN'T broken, whenever I find them.

In reply, item updates are being rolled out in stages. I know that the "most common" items were immediately updated on UD, and DS servers. Cordor saw all items in merchants updated. The loot matrix update (monster drops) is an ongoing process, and I don't know if merchants on Surface have been done yet at all.

Existing "Dragon hides" still have the same appearance as before and won't stack with the newer, prettier, dragon hides.

I can see chest loot has been updated on the surface, enemy random drops are still the old version though, such as gems, gem dust, and essences.
Resources inherent to monsters such as magical blood, meat, sinew, and hides are the new version, it seems only random drops are the old.

Item: Blade Orbs

Problem: There seems to be two 'kinds' of the new blade orbs that won't stack together but will with their own 'kind.'

Edit: also it might be a good idea to put a disclaimer at the very top post in big letters not to report old item drops still occuring. The Devs have said that they're still mid rollout and it all needs to be done manually.

Problems:
Doesnt move into the Gempouch.
Its not recognized by the crafting system. Tested with Svirfneblin Rune Hammer.

I found, and fixed the not recognized by crafting system portion. The gems in the loot chest will have to be changed out tho. Pls ask a DM to swap this out for you. There should only be one on the palette now.

Unfortunately there are still 2 kinds floating around. The old kind, and the new kind. The two types will not stack, but both will work appropriately. Also, not all loot chests on all servers have been updated yet, so you may still find the old kind.

The new kind are the ones with the red gem in the center.

I had a strong feeling I was not communicating it right. Both the kinds I'm referring to are the 'new' ones with the red center.

So for clarity I find two blade orbs, both with the new icon, and neither of them stack.

Thanks for the clarification! Your post did say 'new', it just didn't register in my brain. We are looking into it.

I believe all matters reported until this point have been fixed.

I saw the new icon for printing ink was merged today, however it may not be live yet, as I believe we are still on hak hold while some class testing is under way.

All loot drops on all servers should be updated to use the new items.

Please continue to make new reports if you find things. Particularly,

Any merchants that are selling 'old' versions of items, or any containers (crates, barrels, chests, paper barrels, etc) that still give the old versions.

Lakranta Delors (merchant in the Silver Bough in Minmir) still sells the old versions of hunting bags, mining bags and headbags.
