The Sibayad NPC in front of the bank, Halaque, no longer sells things.

Jhib'ali the jeweler in Sibayad is also broken.

So far, every NPC I had an issue with yesterday is fixed now.

Moved to closed as it appears to have been related to a change. It has since been reverted and fixed.
