Add also the Undercommon phrasebook to the loot matrix

In many months I have not found even a single Undercommon phrasebook in bookshelves. Not even one.
This makes really little sense since it is a very widespread tongue, used by many races, and certainly not secretive in any way, as it is de facto a lingua franca comparable to common.
I really think that Undercommon phrasebooks should be more common, pun intended, and one should be able to find them around more easily than they are now.
