Hello! As the title says, I think removing the timer would see these fixtures being used more again. I know the timer was added due to players misusing and blocking paths with this fixture, but that can be done with any other as well.

Having a timer, even as long as it is, makes using the barriers a hassle I think.

This won't be removed. The items are specificaly made to make barricades, and keeping them around just encourages that. At least with the timer it is only a short term situation. Either they will be removed entirely, or you get them with the timer.
