-rotate Will Not Rotate Fixture Less than 10º

It would appear that using -rotate will not rotate a fixture if the value is less than 10º. This means that you cannot perfectly tweak a fixture the way you might want to, as 10 and above can be a large change.

A fix for this would be greatly appreciated, and perhaps an option to set the fixtures to a flat angle of 0, or 180/90.

I've noticed this too. You maybe have already figured it out but you can do 11 then -10 to get the same effect.

I was trying to figure out the workaround but I couldn't get it. I will try this in the mean time!

This is working as intended. As Matt said, you can 'over rotate' and rotate back by the minimum amount. You can also use the cardinal directions (north south east west).
