Cage Fight Gnoll

The Gnoll NPC that provides wards for champions of the cage fights in the slums has mysteriously vanished....
Has he retired? Or is it simply a bug?

This is intentional. An Area dev should comment, however, before closing the report.

The gnoll in question offered high CL castings of various buffs to players after you kill the final boss in the cage fights.
This should have not been implemented the way it was, and was removed because of how broken it was / could be. There is no intention of adding the Gnoll back.
