Yesterday the servers were rolled back a couple of hours. WIthin that couple of hours i created a character and used a normal awards i had.
When the servers restarted the character had been wiped and when i remade her i no longer had access to the award. Is there any chance of having it refunded?

Please provide me your character name and public CD Key (you can determine it through the link in my signature) in a private message and I will look into this.
