Unable to submit support ticket

Using the new ticket system, I cannot submit any support requests due to not having an option to select which character the request is for. I do have characters, but neither of them are visible and I must pick one to submit a ticket. I've tried to use different browsers and this does not fix it.

So this just means Dorcas is somehow not associated with any of your current PCs. Make a new PC with your PLAYERNAME being your current forum username: "Dorcas" and it should sort everything out.
