Multiple Epic Shadowlord Bugs

The Shadowdancer's Epic Shadowlord has several missing or broken features.
A): Their weapon no longer copies your weapon's current VFX. (This broke when new weapon VFXs were added.)
B:) If summoned while disguised, the Shadowlord's description uses your regular description rather than your Disguise or Cover Disguise.
C): If summoned while disguised, the Shadowlord's name appears *without* quotations.
D): They do not benefit from the rogue/shadowdancer movement speed increase while in stealth, causing them to lag significantly behind their master while the two are in stealth. This gets them caught on doors.
These various issues make it extremely easy to tell summon and master apart and limits its use in PvP and espionage situations.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Take a SD to level 10+ and choose "Epic Shadowlord" as a feat. Use said ability. Observe janky summon.
Expected result
-----------------------
A summon that looks indistinguishable to the summoner.
Actual result

Not that.
