Sibayad new market: Crash edition

Hi,
Since the Sibayad market change recently, I see myself routinely crashing when in that area. More specifically, in the the top-right cadrant of the map. Of the last 4 times I went through it, I crashed 3 times. Relogging seems to not have me insta recrash.
It's the only (known) place that does that for me.
My PC is a beast (just to rule out hardware issue).
If anyone can confirm that's not just me, please share
