Guldorand Elven Hall Resource Chest

Trade Czar Iralia does not recognize the resource chest next to her as her resource chest and refuses to accept donations/sales from inside of it.
EDIT: Her old chest back in the Myon Trade District is still in place, and she will accept sales/donations out of it now, from across the island.
