Cordor Farmlands Fixture Limit

I just bought a property in the Cordor Farmlands and upon dropping the first fixture in my house I discovered that the fixture count for the area was 53/60. I'm not sure exactly which houses are sharing a map for fixtures, but it seems like a fixture limit increase could be used.
