Ballad of the Dragonslayer?

I've been exploring most of the places where this song could be found with my bard, and after exploring everything I know, I have not discovered yet the place that could trigger it, I don't know if I'm doing it wrong, or if the place has the triggering bugged, can someone confirm it? Without being of a FOIG bomb

Same, not a single Underdark bard has found it to my knowledge.
