Description of Bug Experienced:
When leaving the Elven Halls through the Mythal the game crashes once the loading screen has finished loading.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use Mythal to leave Elven Halls.

Expected Result:
Leave the Elven Halls.

Actual Result:
Game crashes. Upon trying to log in on the same character, the game keeps crashing once the loading screen has finished loading, Repeatedly.

Additional Information/Notes
I am not able to get out of this endless loop of crashes without DM assistance. Thanks to DM Starfish I was saved the first time, but now I am stuck in the loop again.

This bug happens to me on the DM client sometimes, in a number of areas.

If it hasn't fixed after the next reset, or happens again, please let me know.

I forgot to mention as well: Last time I tried it intentionally just before the reset, to see if the reset would stop the crashes. It did not.

But yes, I will try it again after the next one and let you know if it keeps happening.

I'll move the destination waypoint a tad. It might help.

Please, I'll try and pass it on to someone that might know. Are you using a console perhaps?

I am using mobile (android), but this wasn't a problem until a few days ago. Accessing and leaving the elven halls went flawless, but not now for some reason.

Have you been able to enter the new Myon (The new Twilight Grove) area at all? Or did it only work for before that update?

I have not tried going there. I do need to go there IC, but this bug has kept away from Myon.

If it is of any help, the team can pull me at anytime when I am online to do some test runs through the mythal and so on.
But on my own I'll be staying away, I bothered DM Starfish enough

I have not tried going there. I do need to go there IC, but this bug has kept away from Myon.

If it is of any help, the team can pull me at anytime when I am online to do some test runs through the mythal and so on.
But on my own I'll be staying away, I bothered DM Starfish enough

The new Myon uses a new tileset, updated not long back to NWN. I believe they put it on Android too, but if not, we also added it to our HAK a few days ago.

It sounds like, for one reason or another, that Android can't handle it for some reason. What would help is if you can manage to contact a DM in game (use the DM channel), let them know who you are, and that I asked for a quick test - then roll up a new character (Brog start) and ask the DM to port you straight into Myon, the Twilight Grove (the new one) I suspect you will crash again on load, if not, then use the portal to travel back and forth from High Elven Hall.

Alright, so I got in touch with a DM in game and I was told that he had not been informed of any such tests and that he would wait for that information to reach him before he did anything.

But I still did my own limited trials:
- Entering the elven halls from the forest is not a problem, and I can also leave through lensing.

- Clicking on mythal in the the Elven halls causes crash

- Going to Myon from the forest cause crash.

And the result of this is that I now need help, getting my character out from this crash loop.

Please get my character out from this crash loop.

You’re crashing because you’re on android - you’ll find you crash in different areas because it hasn’t caught up to the updates where it’s fixed. PC is on .20.1 where as you’re on .13 and a lot of fixes went in around .16.

Do you have EE on PC?

Clicking on Mythal from halls goes to Myon so it is the tileset that most likely causes it.

Since Halls itself does not crash you potentially new guld might not as well. # Hopefully.

Makes sense.
PC is admin locked by employer so I can't slap the game on it.
