Legacy Favoured Soul

I have a legacy Favoured Soul character and the -% Spellfailure is not applying to the armor or Shield.

Also tried unequipping Armor and shield.

Which makes the char a worse Bard at this point.

Maybe someone can look into it?

I've also had this issue ever since the bardsong update.

My Favored Soul wears heavy armors, so this makes them close to unplayable.

It's highly likely there won't be any fixes or changes for a discontinued class.
