Bladethirst giving regen to LM

Description of Bug Experienced:
Loremasters benefit from the every hit vamp regen on bladethirst that's exclusive to ranger.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get bladethirst on a loremaster
Expected Result:
No regen on hit
Actual Result:
Regen on hit
Additional Information/Notes
Did not work for non ranger or LM classes when tested on pgcc.
