Myon + High Hall board

Message boards in the High Elven Hall and Myon proper are tied to one another. If a message is placed to one of the boards, after a reset it appears to the other one as well. If a message is placed manually to both boards, both boards end up having two messages of the same after reset (boards clutter by double messages).
