The new cloaks hide wings and tails and the only way to show them is by taking the cloak off (making the cloak slot basicly unusable if you have a tail or wing)

Even 0 option hides tail/wing
-cloak does nothing for wings and tails
Transparancy does not work either

Transparency works by filling the alpha channels with a chromatic colour.

Wings and Tails still have to be reviewed for cloaks that permitted it.
