Guldorand: Urchin preventing access to shop.

The urchin here interacts with the shop and gets hung up on it, preventing people from seeing the shop's inventory. He's completely stuck on it, he hasn't wandered away or anything. He's been here for 2+ hours.

The urchin is trapped on the shop again, so the issue does repeat.

Moved him elsewhere for the next reset.
